About the role

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Understand, build, and manage relationships with key decision makers and budget holders across agency buyer landscape
  • Develop sales strategies to capture new demand from marketer-facing media teams across agency groups
  • Work to secure, conduct and win client prospect meetings, and manage them from initiation to close agreements
  • Analyze market trends, and client needs to create and pitch unique/customized media plans to high profile programmatic and digital media buyers
  • Influence programmatic agreement, setup decisions and establish a preferred relationship with each account

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting or investment banking
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently
